John R. Neal, a 30-year veteran of the resort real estate and ski industries, teamed up in 1997 to purchase the Round Top Ski Area. A popular mountain in south central Vermont during the late Sixties and Seventies. Yurkerwich and Neal decided to re establish the mountain as Bear Creek Mountain Club, a private, high-quality Skiing Country Club that offers intimacy, solitude, a diverse family ski experience. Neal not only serves a the Principle Broker at Plymouth Real Estate but also is the VP of PPMLLC and GM of Bear Creek Mountain Club
